This website is operated by Perfevo LLC under the TALEM brand ("TALEM", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, content, features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer products and Services to you.
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may use our Services only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, materials, and other factors.
Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to limit quantities available for purchase, discontinue products, restrict sales to particular geographic regions where necessary, correct product information or pricing errors, and cancel or reject orders in circumstances described in these Terms.
Nothing in this section affects mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming products.
4. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Some TALEM products may be personalized, customized, engraved, printed, embroidered, manufactured, or otherwise produced according to information or specifications provided by you.
You are responsible for reviewing personalization details carefully before submitting an order, including names, initials, dates, spelling, sizing, colors, designs, and other customization information.
We are generally not responsible for errors resulting directly from incorrect personalization information supplied by the customer.
This does not affect your rights where we incorrectly manufacture the product, the product is defective or damaged, or mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Personalized and customized products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns and statutory withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable law.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND CONTENT
We may offer digital products or digital content.
Digital products may be subject to different cancellation, withdrawal, and refund rules from physical products.
For customers in jurisdictions that provide statutory withdrawal rights for digital content, including qualifying EU/EEA consumers, those rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Where applicable, the supply of digital content before the end of a statutory withdrawal period may require your prior express consent and acknowledgment that beginning performance may result in the loss of your withdrawal right.

6. ORDERS
Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions, payment authorization problems, shipping restrictions, legal or regulatory requirements, or errors affecting the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund amounts owed to you in accordance with applicable law and our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, resale, or inventory manipulation.

Where available, eligible customers may submit return, cancellation, or withdrawal requests using the self-service functionality provided through our store or customer account.

If you submit reviews, feedback, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other content to us, you represent that you have the necessary rights to provide that content.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability that applicable law does not permit us to waive or restrict.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perfevo LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
This section does not apply to the extent prohibited or restricted by applicable consumer law.
21. FORCE MAJEURE

Except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable to Perfevo LLC in the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections afforded by mandatory laws that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive any jurisdiction, venue, remedy, or legal protection that cannot legally be waived.
